Use below namespace
using System.Diagnostics;
Write below code within page load event or any other control's event
Process process = new Process();
process.StartInfo.FileName = "msiexec.exe";
process.StartInfo.Arguments = string.Format("/qb /i \"{0}\" ALLUSERS=1", @"E:\Setup.msi");
process.Start();
process.WaitForExit();
