Line Graph in Excel

Line graphs are used to display data in style way for pictorial format. In another words line graph is used to display data according time based. This is particularly helpful when including data in a presentation. You will, however, see the word "chart" in most of the help files and instructions. The information below will help you make a line graph in Microsoft Excel step by step.

Step 1: First create excel sheet with some dummy data as below

Step 2: Now select range of data which you display into line graph as below image

Step 3: Now, go to “Insert” menu and select “Line” option as below image.

After selecting “Line Graph” your data look as below

Step 4: For more stylish line open Chart Type option and chose your style as below image.
