There are two basic kinds of scenarios that require security measures that every company should have active employees to work on. The first kind is information security and second is individual employee security.

Certain companies have excellent policies in terms of employees' health and in case of accidents and emergencies. Flexible policies in favor of employees is an important factor to strengthen work relationships, and boost productivity. If a company offers a secure workplace, the individuals are more likely to stay and serve over time. The measures taken to maximize individual employee security includes:

• Installation of CCTV and other security types of equipment.
• A separate committee to review the assaults and misbehavior.
• Policies against blackmailing and favoritism.
• Different categories such as health, life, and assets insurance for employees.

A safe work environment not only attracts talent across the nation but also attracts new partners and collaborators from the market, and even increases stock market shares.

Other than a weak image of company/ organization in the market, another downside of an unsafe work environment is that it can easily become viable to rumors, and false claims. The organization may face hurdles in hiring experienced and capable employees and often loses employees at a higher rate. The company/ organization also becomes an easy target for fraud.
