Available Updates:
It helps in getting status reports about available updates for your installed modules and themes. To open or check available update in site, go to Reports -> Available updates in Drupal Administrator Panel.
Here you can find information about available updates for your installed modules and themes. Note that each module or theme is part of a ‘Project’, which may or may not have the same name, and might include multiple modules or themes within it.
This section have three important part; List, Update and Settings. List displays the message, when you checked for update; Update enables the functionality whether any update is available or not where as Setting configures the functionality to checking update on weekly or daily basis.
Recent Log Message:
Recent log message helps to viewing events that have recently been logged. To view recent log message, first of all login in Drupal Administrator Panel and go to Reports -> Recent log message.
The Database logging module monitors your website, capturing system events in a log (shown here) to be reviewed by an authorized individual at a later time. This log is a list of recorded events containing usage data, performance data, errors, warnings and operational information.
It is vital to check the recent log messages report on a regular basis, as it is often the only way to tell what is going on.
Here, you could see log message for a particular type such as actions, contact, content, cron etc.
Field List:
It takes the overview of fields on all entity types such as body, comment_body, field_image, field_name and field_ tag etc.
To open the field list, go to Reports -> Field list in Drupal Administrator Panel.
Here, list shows all fields currently in use for easy reference.
Top ‘access denied errors’:
It displaying the ‘403’ error message log in website. To open the Top access denied error message, first of all login in Drupal Administrator Panel and go to Reports -> Top ‘access denied errors’.
Top ‘page not found errors’:
It displaying the ‘404’ (Page not found) error message log in website. To open top page not found error message, login drupal administrator panel and go to Reports -> top ‘page not found errors’.
Top Search Phrases:
It displaying the log message of top searches phrases in site. That is, it helps in viewing most popular search phrases. To open the Top Search Phrases option in website, go to Reports -> Top Search Phrases
