Whenever we buy a new smartphone, we check for certain aspects, its looks, features, specifications, price nonetheless. But the foremost thing for any smartphone is and will always be the productivity it offers. While smartphone manufacturers do their level best to bring out the most productive smartphones possible (Take example of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and its accessories, in case you have not heard about the S8 siblings, you can do that from the links given in the later part of the article), there is always a scope to enhance the usability of your smartphone by installing some useful apps.
Here is a list of our top 5 productivity apps for your smartphone which would take your device to a whole new level:

2. Engross - Focus Better
Engross helps you to bring back your focus immediately, with its unique hack, a click of a button. It also counts your distractions in every work session. See how many times you lose focus, and set a challenge for yourself to beat this number. Aim to consistently reduce your distraction count with each session. Less will be the number of distractions more will be your productivity.
If you are one of those who gets easily distracted, this app is for you. While the way this app works might sound a bit funny to you, but I, for a busy person, tested it and found out that there are a ton of distractions in my life. No doubts I just could not get rid of those distractions even with the help of this app, but at least I got to know about them.
Using this app, all you have to do is to set a goal - one hour of study, two hours of content creation, anything of that sort and start working to complete that goal. During the course of achieving your goal, you have to tap the round icon of the app should you get distracted at any time. At the completion of your goal, the app would give you a score, signifying how many times you got distracted. Your aim, now, is to beat that score the next time you are planning to do something. In the very beginning, I told you it is a bit funny, but trust me, for sheer workaholics like me, this is a pretty fun thing to do. You can always give it a try as the Engross app is available on the play store for absolutely no cost at all.

5. Samsung Flow
The last app in our list of the top 5 productive apps is by far the most useful app, at least for me. Samsung Flow lets a user unlock their windows PC by scanning their fingerprint off their Samsung smartphone. This is the only downside of this app as of now and we would love other smartphone manufacturers to follow suit, as this is a pretty amazing and a very useful concept.
Samsung Flow is a neat trick to unlock your PC by tapping your unlocked Galaxy smartphone and scanning your fingerprint. You can easily enable your mobile hotspot to keep your PC connected, and check and reply directly to your phone's notifications. Using Samsung Flow, furthermore, you can transfer content and activity between different devices. (*For some of apps, this feature may not be supported.)
What this app does is amazing, it saves a lot of time, moreover, it saves all the hassle of going through the old fashioned windows lock screen. I have never been a fan of it. Plus, imagine you are coming in your living room from somewhere, and even before you enter, your PC is already unlocked and ready to be used. Neat, eh?
The only issue with this app is the lack of supported devices.
