What is Human Behaviour?

Human behavior is a complex subject that deals with why and how people behave. Of course, there are many theories about human behavior and different types of behavior. Understanding human behavior is very important in society. It sheds light, such as knowing patterns, why people make certain decisions, etc. Of course, the more you understand human behavior, the better you can position yourself and understand how others see, interpret, and adapt to different environments.

Theory of human behavior

One of the most common theories of human behavior is conditioning. Conditioning occurs when you are willing to behave in a certain way. There are two main types of conditioning, and others may be more affected by one form. Of course, conditioning people to behave in certain ways can raise ethical or moral debates. Especially if one is conditioned to behave in a way that is not in their best interest. Then others argue that all humans are programmed to behave in a certain way.

Classical conditioning

Classical conditioning occurs when someone begins to associate a particular stimulus with another outcome. In turn, this method of conditioning often encourages people to behave in ways that give them pleasure and enjoyment. For example, if a person follows their instincts instead of following rules, they are mavericks and take risks when they find that it works for them. Classical conditioning does not always have to be caused by the action or manipulation of a particular person. Sometimes this conditioning comes from the society or environment that a person is constantly exposed to.

Operant conditioning

Simply put, operant conditioning controls human behavior through positive and negative reinforcement. A person who regularly gets in trouble with the law when certain rules are broken usually learns to associate a rule violation with a legal problem. Similarly, those who regularly take and pass exams associate their studies with positive scores. When it comes to human behavior, people tend to avoid hurting themselves and prefer personal pleasure and satisfaction. These are some theories of classical and operant conditioning that affect human behavior.

Cognition

In the field of human behavior, cognition is human behavior related to human thoughts, internal judgments, and personal motivations. The general theory is determined. This particular theory places great importance on a person's internal state and states that what a person feels, thinks, and struggles with ultimately influences the behavior the world sees. Of course, cognitive theories of human behavior can be found in mental health research, psychological research, etc. Much of what exists today in the outer material world was originally in the mind of an individual.

Types of human behavior

Many theories of human behavior are widely used and accepted in modern society. Understanding these theories makes as much difference as understanding the types of human behavior and the factors that trigger it. As a single species, humans, collectively and individually, differ from each other or belong to several categories. Some people may be inclined in one direction, while others may be pulled in a completely different direction. However, to understand that human behavior is correct, we need the following information:

Based on Personality

How people behave often depends on their personality. Some people are patient and laid back, while others are impatient and irritable. Most of the time, you can't tell someone's personality right away. It usually takes time to get to know them, interact with them, and understand what you're dealing with. Some personalities are kinder than others and many factors shape or change a person's personality. Culture, environment, and peers can influence a person's personality, etc. interest base

A person's level of interest plays an important role in human behavior. Interests can determine whether a person behaves or behaves inconsistently with himself. Interest also often determines whether someone will take a risk or pursue a goal. Often, when someone is interested in a person or topic, they pay more attention than when they are not. Gauging someone's interest in something can be a great way to predict or theorize that person's future behavior.

According to the condition

Just like personality and interests, an individual's attitude has a huge impact on human behavior. Attitudes can be right or wrong depending on human development or external influences. However, it cannot be denied that a person's attitude determines their choices, relationships with others, and, in short, general human behavior. A positive attitude can make a person open and receptive to a certain person or situation. Negative attitudes also cause people to avoid or reject what they perceive as offensive.

Based on emotions

Emotions are closely related to human behavior. Many actions and decisions in life are emotionally imposed on people even if they don't realize it at first sight. A positive emotional state makes a person more open-minded, risk-taking, and engaging in certain behaviors. Similarly, a negative emotional state can lead to a person's decision to withdraw, isolate, or quit. Virtually any form of human behavior can be traced back to any form of emotion, even under additional factors.
