MindStick Training has been a growth-driven force in my successful career and I am thankful to the organization and its team for helping me the enhancement of my skills in the IT sector. As a beginner in the software development field, I could have the bare minimum potential which was restricting my profile from growing so I decided to take the Training Program at MindStick. Out of several courses and training programs, I opted for the .NET Programming Language as per my interest and career growth. 

To speak about the genuine learning experience during my whole training in MindStick I would like to contribute my own story which I will cover from A to Z of those days while training. Self-Introduction & My Story

Hello, myself Vaibhav Kumar and I am a Junior Software Developer at TCS. Before introducing my own experiences in the MindStick Training I would like to thank you for giving your precious time. I hope my story will answer your queries and help you know about the platform including its pros and cons. 

I am a programming enthusiast and I love to program software so in my initial days when I was in intermediate I developed my interest in this field based on that I decided to pursue a B. tech degree which I did from BIET Jhansi where I learned a lot about the computer programming and software world but due to the vast curriculum and hostel life, I missed the core practicality of this knowledge. 

After completing my degree I applied to many companies for jobs and in some, how I got the opportunity but soon I felt that I was missing the skills that restricted me from succeeding in my career and achieving my career goals. Then I figured out my profile and decided to enhance my skills so that I could get a better working experience. I started searching for ways to boost my skills and experience in this field and then I got an idea to enroll in the training program.

Upon searching many websites I opt for MindStick Training to enroll in a training program in the .NET programming language. Then when I made this decision and now I found myself changed due to the amazing learning experience I got while pursuing my training from this platform. In my opinion, many factors drive me to say this training is an ‘amazing experience’ I am listing some factors for your understanding.

• Career Support: This is the most important factor to consider as a platform for your training program and I must say I was fortunate enough when I opted for MindStick for this training program. When I completed the training I was not sure whether I would be selected for a job or not but thanks to MindStick networks and placement cell which worked impressively to secure my career in a reputed firm of software development. The team helped me make my attractive resume, referring it to various firms and scheduling the interviews.
