Each method in the chain returns the object itself, which enables you to call another method on the returned object. This results in a more concise and readable code structure.

Here's an example to illustrate method chaining in JavaScript:

class Calculator {

  }

  add(num) {
    this.value += num;
    return this; // Return the object for chaining
  }

  subtract(num) {
    this.value -= num;
    return this; // Return the object for chaining
  }

  multiply(num) {
    this.value *= num;
    return this; // Return the object for chaining
  }

  divide(num) {
    if (num !== 0) {
      this.value /= num;
    } else {
      console.log("Error: Division by zero.");
    }
    return this; // Return the object for chaining
  }

  getValue() {
