Requriement:

1. ado.net logic for server side coding.

2. angularjs for scripting.

3. angularjs ng grid to do crud opearations.

4. modal popup for create and edit buttons  when we click on create and edit.

5. Create button should be out side the ng  grid. and edit button should be in the ng grid

6. Delete button also in ng grid.

7. Please dont use ado.net entity model for reterive and create.update delete logics.

8. Please dont take html table  logic for reteriving..
