Early hours of Saturday, from the California launchpad Elon musk's SPACEX rocket sent 52 STARLINK satellites into the earth's orbit . At 4:41 a.m. (6:11 p.m. IST), The two-stage Falcon 9 rocket arced over the Pacific after taking off from the Vandenberg Space Forces Station on the California coast . The first stage of the Falcon re-entered the atmosphere and landed on a SpaceX drone ship in the ocean. . This was the stage's 11th takeoff and recovery.

In low Earth orbit, Starlink presently has over 2,000 satellites.

Early hours of Saturday, from the California launchpad Elon musk's SPACEX rocket sent 52 STARLINK satellites into the earth's orbit .  At 4:41 a.m. (6:11 p.m. IST),  The two-stage Falcon 9 rocket took off from the Vandenberg Space Forces Station on the California coast and arced over the Pacific. The first stage of the Falcon re-entered the atmosphere and landed on a SpaceX drone ship in the ocean.. This was the stage's 11th takeoff and recovery.  

The second stage of the launch, according to launch commentator Youmei Zhou at SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne, California, went into orbit and the satellites' deployment was confirmed.

Starlink is a landsat worldwide internet infrastructure that SpaceX has been developing for years in order to deliver internet connectivity to remote parts of the globe.

Starlink, a network of roughly 2,000 satellites in low Earth orbit, launched its 34th mission on Saturday.
