'General Motors' Plans To launch Personal 'self-Driving' Car By Mid-Decade: CES 2022
General Motors has plan to launch the new model cars with having the Self-Driving feature by mid- decade.
The announcement by CEO of the General Motors has been published during the Customer Electronic show (CES) in 2022 in Las Vegas, told that at the mid- decade, the company is going to launch a self -driving car. More probably it has announced the year of launch is 2023.

Now a days many companies are being electrified and upgrading their model in electric form. Also in the ongoing CES in Las Vegas, the company has released a statement that is telling about the new Self – Driving vehicle is being developed with the collaboration of its majority- owned cruise Barra, said on CES. Also made a keynote message about the vision that is twin themes as the electrification and autonomy.
Barra also said, that company GM is going to expand its portfolio of electric Vehicle as the including electric pickup the Chevrolet Silverado 2023 and the BrightDrop commercial vehicle range, also features the two new Chevrolet crossovers, and also a $30,000 Equinox EV and a slightly larger Blazer EV, both of which will be introduced in 2023.
Barra said about the new self-driving with GM’s new ultra Cruise with such system will debut in 2023. And the vehicle will be having the new EV, the Cadillac Celestic Ultra-luxury Sedan. And also Barra said that the Ultra Cruise will be designed with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon raid platform for advanced driver assistant.
At the last CES, the company Cadillac launched the vision for having the two futuristic project the one was included in it was the flying car that was also lead to the teasing concept and also a video was leaked. At this year the Cadillac has been unwrapped by Barra as a third concept, the InnerSpace that can be described as the Self-Driving vehicle having the two seats.
Also the fourth Cadillac concept known as OpenSpace, that used to have a luxury place inside the car also teased in the video as a “Vision for the next decade, and beyond” also it was described as the “Luxury hotel room on wheels”.
Recently as many companies are trying to introduced a new step in the innovations of technology and many car making companies has announced the making of self- driving cars that will have the control of Wheels in their hand and the passenger will not have to worry about the car driving while eating or doing any work inside the car.
