Microsoft Plans To Buy Call Of Duty Company Activision Blizzard For Nearly $70 Billion
Microsoft is planning to buy the gaming websites such as Call of Duty, OVERWATCH, StarCraft, and company Activision Blizzard.
The nearly amount of purchasing is 70 billion dollars. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said that these gaming websites will help in the “development of metaverse platforms”.

The world-famous videogame Publisher Activision Blizzard will be purchased by Microsoft company with the hand in cash method and the total value of the company is about $68.7 billion (INR 512,362 crore), and the per value share is about $95 per share.
Behind Tencent and Sony, the company will become the third-largest gaming company in the world in terms of revenue. Said the Redmond Company.
The company Microsoft said that the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and completion of regulatory review and Activision Blizzard’s Shareholder approval.
Till the transaction is completed, it will continue to work individually and the deal is expected to be close in the fiscal year 2023.
In a blog post, Microsoft revealed that Bobby Kotick will continue to serve as the CEO of Activision Blizzard with his team “will maintain their focus on driving efforts to further strengthen the company’s culture and accelerate business growth.”
The CEO of Microsoft Gaming Phil Spencer will be the reporting manager of the company Activision Blizzard, after the closing of the deal.

We’re investing deeply in world-class content, community, and the cloud to usher in a new era of gaming that puts players and creators first and makes gaming safe, inclusive, and accessible to all.”
The CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Phil Spencer said “Players everywhere loves Activision Blizzard games, and we believe the creative teams have their best work in front of them,” also added “together we will build a future where people can play the games they want, virtually anywhere they want.”
