National Disaster Response Force Official Twitter Account Hack is Fully Restored
The National Disaster Response Force published a statement regarding the hack of their official account on Twitter and now it has been fully restored.
The Director-General of NDRF, Atul Karwal said about the hack that the account is fully restored and functional on Sunday after technical experts worked on the breach.

The official Twitter handle account of NDRF was hacked by some hackers on late Saturday and after a huge struggle, the account was fully recovered and continued to use with its full access by Sunday Evening.
On Saturday, around 10.45 Pm the cyberattack took place with some random messages being posted and the name and photo of the display were changing. The hacked account was running by the name of @NDRFHQ.
The DG of NDRF told about the hack to the publication that after a few minutes of the hacks, the restored of the name and profile photo was recovered by the technical expert’s efforts in just 2-3 minutes of the attacks.
He told that the force has lodged a complaint in Delhi Police Cyber Investigation Unit for hacking on Sunday.
The restoration of the account was begun by a tweet of the National Disaster Management tweeted a quote at 6 Pm on Sunday.
The force also said that there will be a conducted security audit so that such incidents do not recur.
The National Disaster Response Force is constituted as a federal contingency force against natural and man-made disasters. It recently celebrated its 17Th raising day on January 19.
