Google Search may be accessed simply entering google.com into your browser.

Click Settings in the lower right corner of the Google Search homepage.

Then select Appearance from the left panel of the page that opens; if it isn't accessible under Settings, select Search Settings and then Appearance from the left panel of the page that opens.

Click Save at the bottom of the page.
