Co-founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin gets back his $100 million donated crypto back from India crypto relief fund.
Buterin has revealed the plan that how he will use this $100 million received by India crypto relief fund. He also told that he has made a new organisation named ‘Balvi’ and it will direct the funds to COVID-19 relief projects.

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik buterin is getting back its donated amount of SHIB tokens to Indian COVID Relief Fund in 2021 which was named as India Crypto Relief Fund or CryptoRelief. Buterin has told that CryotoRelief is sending back $100 million worth of cryptocurrency from SHIB and he said he has some plan to invest the amount for COVID Relief projects where the risk is at high project worldwide. He also said that he has founded a new organisation that will use that funds for the COVID Relief Projects worldwide on his behalf.
The new launch of Balvi will be responsible for sending the funds worldwide for the work of Relief of Covid-19 Virus. The use of the SHIB tokens will be transferred to that area of higher risk.
Sandeep Nailwal, the co-founder of Polygon and Covid relief fund has verified the statement of Butrerin. He said that the funds will be transferred to Buterin and such need was to mainly avoid the conflicts with Indian Laws on the distribution of relief funds.
He also added “Considering funds foreign origin and laws of India, crypto relief followed a systematic controlled, and robust approach is disbursing funds mandated to be utilized for India. But Being an Indian Citizen (NRI), I have to be extra cautious in any of the projects being donated to,” said in its statement.
