Zuellig Pharma is a Singapore-based Pharma Firm that has made a mobile app that is based on Blockchain Technology that will check whether the vaccine is verified and authorized by the government or not.
The app is known as eZTracker and it can detect the authenticity and loyalty of the vaccine that is being used for all the people in hospitals this mobile app also runs on all android mobiles. The app was made for the clients of Zueling Pharma to check the expiry of the Covid-19 vaccines and their authenticity. The app used SAP Blockchain technology.
Blockchain technology has been used to, make the process of distribution and tracking, and tracking multiple data points. This technology is providing end-to-end tracking and reporting of multiple business processes and objects.
The official statement by the eZTracker said “The eZTracker is a mobile app that leverages Blockchain technology to determine if your product is authorized to be distributed in your location. Simply scan the QR code on the packaging to instantly verify if your product comes from an authorized distributor,” released by itself eZTracker.
Once anyone scans the QR code every information related to that vaccine will come to your screen and the whole supply chain will be shown that include supplier, manufacturer, distributor, and healthcare provider.
The government of Malaysia also has been harnessing the capabilities of Blockchain technology to prevent frauds around Covid-19 vaccinations certifications.
