United Kingdome Will Ask Age Confirmation For Porn Sites
In the United Kingdom, all porn websites are to be required to confirm the age of all the users.
The regulatory of UK has launched a new internet law under which the UK’s Porn Websites will have to verify the age of the users.
The Online Safety Bill and its part, Legislation has revealed that the Bill has the aim to give the children of the country better protection from the explicit content on the internet.

The UK-based watched porn websites will be legally required to verify the age of their users under new internet safety laws.
The official and Bill reveal that the measures to ensure the users will be above 18 and will see people ask to prove they have a credit card or confirm their age via third party service.
The failure of the regulation will result in a 10 percent fine of its global income.
The Online Safety Bill is assumed to be introduced in the UK parliament in the next few months and it is designed to protect the users from harmful content.
Similar action was made by the UK government to restrict the site to present such illegal content over the internet but it was failed and now again to be presented.
Many technology giants have conducted research and found that children aged between 11 -13 have been found to watch porn at some point.
While announcing the restriction/ age verification plans the Digital Economy Minister Chris Philip said “Parents deserve the peace of mind that their children are protected online from seeing things no child should see.”

The regulatory body Ofcom will have control over such websites and also teeth will ensure the enactment of such rules in all websites.
He also said, “it’s right the government has listened to call to fix one of the gaps in the Online Safety Bill and protect children from pornography wherever it’s hosted.”
