Kaspersky has decoded flawed encryption of Yanluowang ransomware that will help the victims of the ransomware in the recovery of affected files without the attacker’s key. It also has laid down some measures and rules for Kaspersky to analyse and detect the issue while providing a customer-friendly solution with a free decryption tool.
The ransomware Yanluowang was first detected in October 2021 and attacked globally, some of the giant tech companies came under the attack including Brazil, Sweden, Turkey, the US, and Germany.
After years, the cube security space has improved itself to defend its system from deadly malware, and in a post detailing the current development by a cyber-analyst at Kaspersky. The agency Kaspersky, a Russian security agency reveals some ways to restore files attacked by Yanluowang ransomware.
It explained far more options that the users can adopt apart from some basic safety measures available like updates of software, adequate protection, and cyber security training, users can learn some extra precautions to keep the malware away from affecting their system.
