Scientists Say 'Alien' Rock Hypatia May Reveal Details Leads to Supernova Explosions
Space Researchers believe ‘Hypatia’ may reveal the details of events that acted as a reason for the biggest explosions like Supernova Explosions.
Highlights
- Supernova Explosion occurs during the last evolutionary stages of a massive star
- Hypatia Stone originated with a star according to the hypothesis of experts
- Icarus journal has the findings of the research published recently

Space Science had been always been the most mysterious as well as luminous explosions of a star in space. They are also called to be the biggest explosions that humans have ever seen. The activity takes place along a way that requires a powerful telescope to spot the activity.
Supernova Explosions generally occur during the last evolutionary stage of a massive star. Such events are under vague topics and recently, scientists are hopeful that an extraterrestrial stone found in the Egyptian desert could help in throwing some light on these spectacular events.
Many experts including the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, have faith that this stone is the first tangible evidence of a type IA supernova living on earth.
A highly qualified researcher of the project, Jan Kramers revealed “if this hypothesis is correct, the Hypatia stone would be the first tangible evidence on earth of a supernova type IA explosion,” he stated.
