Elon Musk wants the Twitter Employees to get questioned
Elon Musk's legal team has been demanding the Twitter to turn over the names of the employees who were accountable for calculating what percent of the social media site's users are bot and spam accounts.

Bot and spam accounts on Twitter became a central issue in the legal fight over whether Musk, the Tesla's CEO would complete his $44 billion acquisition of the social media company.
Last month, Musk has mentioned that he was terminating the deal as Twitter had withheld data regarding these accounts. Well, Twitter had sued Musk to complete the deal, and the company has mentioned that the problem has no bearing on the agreement with Musk. Well, the trail which was set on October 17 has been scheduled in Delaware Court.
In a letter filed under the seal on Tuesday, Musk's lawyers had asked the judge who has been overseeing the case to compel Twitter in order to hand over the list of employees name so that the defense team would be able to question them.
A few days back, Elon Musk had challenged Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal to have interaction in a public debate over bot users if he would have the will to move the deal ahead. On Saturday, Musk has mentioned his planned $44 billion takeover of Twitter should be moving forward if the company would confirm some details about how it would measure whether the user accounts are ‘spam bots' or real individuals.
The billionaire and Tesla CEO had been trying to back out of his April agreement to buy the social media company, leading Twitter to sue him last month to complete the acquisition. Therefore, Musk had countersued by accusing Twitter for misleading his team regarding the actual size of its user base and different issues that he mentioned amounted to fraud and breach of contract.
