The Redmi 11A may soon be available in China, where Xiaomi is based. The certification page of the Chinese regulatory organisation TENAA has revealed the existence of a Redmi smartphone, likely the Redmi 11A. The smartphone is shown to have a maximum of 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM.
It appears to have a number of cameras arranged in a row on the rear and a display notch. The listing indicates that the alleged Redmi 11A will include features including a 50-megapixel back camera sensor, a 4,900mAh battery, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
The TENAA website now lists a Redmi smartphone with the model number 22120RN86C. The listing, which is thought to be for the Redmi 11A, gives away the main features and look of the future gadget. Early images show a rectangular camera module at the back that houses two rear camera sensors and an LED flash, as well as a hole-punch cutout in the upper left corner of the display. Some of the phone's specifications are also featured in the TENAA listing.
The next headgear would have a screen that measured 6.7 inches with a 720x1,650 pixel resolution, according to the commercial.
The Redmi 11A would have an octa-core SoC and come in 2GB, 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM configurations, per the description. The phone is available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB internal storage configurations as well. A 512GB expansion slot is available for the onboard storage.
The listing states that the phone would feature two rear cameras, the primary of which has a resolution of 50 megapixels. A 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies may also be there. According to the listing, the Redmi 11A is reported to contain a gravity sensor and a fingerprint sensor. The Redmi 11A appears to have a 4,900mAh battery as well. It weighs 192 grammes and measures 168.7676.418.77mm, according to the listing.
Whether the gadget will ship with Android 12 OS or the more recent Android 13 OS is not yet known. The device has 50-megapixel dual rear cameras and a 50-megapixel front camera for taking pictures. An IR blaster is also included.
The existence of the Redmi 11A has not yet been confirmed by Redmi. However, it seems that the device will become official soon given that it has received TENAA's clearance.
