ChatGPT has the fastest-growing user base on record
ChatGPT, a popular chatbot from OpenAI, is thought to have reached 100 million monthly active users in January, just two months after it was released. This would make it the fastest-growing consumer app in history.
According to the report, ChatGPT saw daily usage of roughly 13 million unique visitors on average in January. This was more than twice as many users as there were in December.

According to data from Sensor Tower, Instagram took two and a half years to achieve 100 million users after its global launch, whereas TikTok took around nine months.
