Elon Musk's Twitter Will Soon Get New Features of Voice, Video Calls, and Encrypted Messaging
Elon Musk, who owned Twitter last year recently made a statement about adding new features to the platform like Voice calls, Video Calls, and Encrypted Messaging, and these will be offered soon to its users.

The Chief Executive of the social media platform ‘Twitter’ revealed the details about the new features such as Voice calls, Video Calls, and Encrypted Messaging that will be added soon in it and also will be able to use by users soon.
Last year, Elon Musk called for “Twitter 2.0 The Everything App” which the CEO told to be lashed with the features like encrypted direct messages (DMs), long-form tweets, and payments.
“Coming soon will be voice and video chat from your handle to anyone on this platform, so you can talk to people anywhere in the world without giving them your phone number,” said the Owner of Twitter, Elon Musk on Tuesday.
He also informed me that the feature of encrypted direct messaging will get active from Thursday but he didn’t give any information on whether the calls will be encrypted or not.
The platform will also start the cleansing process in a week or two in which it will clear the accounts which had not been active for so long and this could last for years.
The process of archiving accounts has not been informed still by Twitter and how it will access archived accounts.
As per the Twitter Policy, a user should log in to their Twitter Account at least once every 30 days to remove permanent removal due to prolonged activity. He also revealed that the users of micro-blogging portals could witness some fall in the number of followers as several accounts might get deleted.
