Here a major discussion is on the launching details of the new mid-range smartphones comes of the penny-friendly brand, Xiaomi.

It is reported that the new launching would be like of a model of the Redmi K40 series or a variant of the Mi 11 range. It is expected to incorporate an OLED display with a hole-punch design.

Though it is not clear that by what name the phone will be launched, its specifications are indicating that it might come from a Mi 11 series or a Redmi K40 series handset.

It is expected that this month may receive the arrival of the Redmi K40 and the vanilla model is expected to have a sub-flagship SoC from Qualcomm.

According to the sources via tipster Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi is working to launch a new smartphone that is likely to have an OLED display with a hole-punch cut out for the front camera. It is also said that it will be having a position in the MD-range segment and sm7350 SoC.

The tipster also noted that the phone might possess a 64-megapixel main sensor with 5x zoom support. Only these specifications of the new launch are unveiled till now.

Whereas, the Redmi K40 has already gone through a launching test and ready to be visible in a market with a price starting from CNY 2,999 (roughly INR.34,000). The Snapdragon 775G SoC is supposed to be the successor of the Snapdragon 765G SoC launched last year.
