Bing Chat gets DALLE-3
Bing Chat has introduced two significant updates: personalized answers and the integration of DALLE-3 into Bing's Image Creator. The Personalized Answers feature uses users' search history data to provide context for answers. Bing Chat Enterprise also features multimodal visual search and Image creation in the Microsoft Edge mobile app.
Windows 11 update
Microsoft is set to launch its next major update to Windows 11 on September 26. The update will introduce over 150 new features, including the Copilot AI-powered experience in apps like Paint, Photos, and Clipchamp. The update will also include the new Copilot in the Bing search engine and the Edge web browser. Users can summon the Copilot by holding down the Windows key and pressing the C key. This is Microsoft's response to Google's Duet AI.
New Surface devices
The Surface Laptop Go 3 is set to launch with an Intel Core i5 processor, 16GB RAM, and 256GB storage. Despite its similar design and appearance to the previous model, the new model is ultra-thin and portable, starting at $799.
Surface Laptop Studio 2
The Surface Laptop Studio 2 is a faster version of its predecessor, powered by Intel 13th Gen i7 H and Nvidia RTX 4050/4060 processors. It features a 14.4-inch screen, 64GB RAM, and 2TB storage. Starting at $1,999, it comes with a revamped Windows 11 operating system and Copilot software. The models will be available on October 3.
