Neuralink, a brain-computer interface company owned by Tesla CEO Elon Musk, is soon to roll out human trials by the end of the year.

Musk scheduled the integration of artificial intelligence into the human brain, designed to monitor and record brain activity and cure neurological diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

He tweeted, ''Neuralink is working super hard to ensure implant safety & is in close communication with the FDA," in reply to another user's request to join human trials. Also, added, "If things go well, we might be able to do initial human trials later this year."

Musk, recognized for being unpredictable and far-thinker, made several endeavors to be on the front page of news such as engulfing the whole Britannica encyclopedia at the age of nine, launching electric cars, his one of the biggest achievement-against the proposed extinction of natural resources, and now, the launching of artificial chips to amplify our brain's activity.

From 2016 to 2020, he's been announcing several updates and info regarding Neuralink's project, hope this would be his year for the same!

Trials on monkey and pig got successful

According to the information collected by Clubhouse's interview with Musk, Neuralink had recently made a trial on a monkey by using nanotechnology to implant a chip into a monkey's brain. Monkey started playing video games as a result. Pig's brain has also been the receiver of the chip.
