Huawei’s Mate XT, dubbed as the global first tri-fold AI smartphone, has three large screens made up of glass. It is like the debut of Huawei’s Tiangong hinge system which can bend easily with both its internal and external components.
The multi-screen device has an embedded slim rod structure between its hinges, without acquiring much space. It is all set to embark on September 20th, 2024, having two colors recently, red and dark black.
What makes it different?

- It runs on the Harmony OS of 5.4.
- It is flexible and can be bent in multiple directions.
- Its primary camera setup is 50-megapixel, while the ultrawide camera is 12-megapixel, along with a periscope telephoto.
- The former price begins at CNY 19,99 (roughly Rs. 2,35,900).
- The model will contain 16GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage.
Consequently, the 5G model has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth power 5.2 and other GPS, NFC along with USB 3.1. It would charge with a Type-C port, wireless (50W), and for support (66W). It also has biometric authentication and a fingerprint sensor. Its resolution is 1008x2232 pixels, and it measures 156.7x73x12.8mm (single screen), 156.7x143x7.45mm (dual screen) and 156.7x219x3.6mm (triple screen).
