Amazon Prime Music announced the launch of podcasts in India. Podcasts will be easily available to all Amazon Prime branches at no extra cost on the Prime Music app. Amazon debuted its podcasts on its music streaming program last year in September, and it is nowhere in India.
Amazon will contribute to local popular programs including On Purpose with Jay Shetty, Ted Talks Daily, and The Daily Mastery Podcast by Robin Sharma. It will emphasize local appearances from more producers including Sadhguru, Cyrus Broacha, Neil Bhatt, and Anupam Gupta. Prime members will also hold access to World Amazon Originals created exclusively for Amazon Prime Music consumers. There will be more than 9 million podcast episodes available in various languages and regarding various genres like motivation, business, technology, drama, songs, and fitness.
Unnecessary to say, podcasts will have assistance for Amazon Alexa. So users can easily ask, “Alexa, play On Design with Jay Shetty” or “Alexa, play last week’s episode of Ted Talks Daily.” Podcasts can be run, streamed, and downloaded on the Amazon Prime Music application on Android and iOS, web browsers, and Amazon Echo machines.
