US space agency NASA has confessed Elon Musk's SpaceX to obstruct work under an agreement it earned to formulate a lunar spacecraft, pending the consequence of challenges by equivalent bidders at the US Government Accountability Office, the agency explained.

NASA's determination indicates SpaceX has to stop at any function precisely correlated with the Moon policy agreement until the GAO brings a ruling, anticipated August 4 at the latest.
