DRDO to set up Oxygen Plant in India
The DRDO is scheduling to establish an oxygen generation factory on the assumptions of the Chidambaram General Hospital in the Cuddalore region immediately.
The recommended factory in Chidambaram is among the 500 medical-oxygen developing plants to be established by DRDO across the nation.
A senior administrator of the state government announced the location in Chidambaram was assigned from a roster proposed by the district administration.
“The National Highways Authority of India held conferences with officers & identified 3 locations on the NH-4. Work on establishing a shed for the oxygen factory and electrical labors for an oxygen generator, of 1,000 Litres/ Minute would be embraced by the Public Works Department quickly,” the administrator stated.
The electrical task comprising the formation of a transformer has prevailed calculated to amount to ₹1.33 crore.
The state government has positioned a conventional petition with Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) NLC India Ltd. (NLCIL) to sponsor the electric job.
